Official Rules
To Enter: For a chance to enter to win a $200 gift card ("Drawing") you must complete the Barracuda Public Cloud Security survey located at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HJ2PWZB during the Entry Period noted below. You must respond to all questions included in the survey in order for the entry to be valid. Only one completed survey per customer each month in the promotion period will be entered in to the Drawing. Any subsequent surveys will be excluded. No purchase is necessary. You will be automatically entered into the Drawing if your survey is completed during the Entry Period.
Entry Period: Entry for the Drawing will begin on 10/24/2019 and will end on 11/7/2019.
Prize: There will be one winner. The winner will receive a $200 Gift Card. Gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Drawing: Winner will be randomly selected on 11/25/2019 in a drawing of all eligible entries completed during the Entry Period.
Winner Notification: Winners will be receive an electronic gift card via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to Barracuda when responding to the Survey. Undeliverable gift cards will be deemed forfeited.
GENERAL: By entering this Drawing, you are agreeing to accept and be bound by these Official Rules. Barracuda reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for any taxes related to any prize won. Barracuda is not responsible for technical problems or submission errors. Barracuda reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, a participant has not complied with these Official Rules. Barracuda will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of you or Barracuda in connection with the Drawing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. Venue for all suits will be in federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
