Hope all is well! I'm a recruiter at Hashicorp and came across your profile while doing some online research. Given your experience leading Federal Sales teams, I am hoping you know someone that could be a great fit selling to Civilian Agencies OR the Army.
Ideally, this person would have experience selling into Civilian agencies such as State, Energy, Labor and Interior, in 1 territory, and Fed Financials (Treasury, FRB, World Bank, etc.). We are looking for someone with great success in these agencies or selling to the Army and associated commands.
This role would have a $300k to $345k OTE 50/50 split with $130k in equity vesting over 4 years.
